Hauling Method

usually rigid shaft. Ropes/bungee only for flat surfaces. (rigid shaft not available for orange Paris pulks).

Hauling harness

- use full harness for more comfort with heavier loads. Weight: 500 grms (1.1 lbs)

Load containment

- full length bag + straps and several stuff sacs inside to manage gear. Bag weight: 1.0 Kgs (2.2 lbs)

Baseboard

- for loads over around 15Kgs. Weight 1.75 Kgs (3.85 lbs)

Wheels

- if any travel is likely over snow-free areas. However, weight restricted to about 20 Kgs with current design.

(cannot be fitted to orange Paris pulks)

Notes regarding holes drilled in Ice Blue Pulk shells

1. Unless rigid hauling shafts are ordered, holes are drilled in the shells at the front to attach hauling ropes. When shafts are ordered, only holes for these are pre-drilled.
   
2. When shells are ordered without a bag, customers will need to drill holes themselves where they feel they are required around the top edge to attach load strapping. If a bag (which includes adjustable straps) or only straps are ordered, these will be fitted in place before despatch.
